Welcome to www.guidu.in ("Guidu" or the "Platform"). Guidu is owned and operated by DDN Enterprises ("DDNE", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Objective
Guidu is a multi-sided education platform designed to simplify access to educational opportunities across India. The Platform enables students and learners to:
- Discover and compare colleges, universities, schools, and coaching centres
- Access information on courses, programmes, and admissions
- Explore scholarship examinations and apply to them
- Prepare for competitive exams through curated question banks
- Discover career paths and education-related activities
- Connect with institutions that match their academic profile and aspirations
Institutions including colleges, universities, schools, and study centres may use the Platform to connect with prospective students. A user's contact information may be shared with an institution only if the user has expressed interest in that institution, or if the institution has identified the user as a potential candidate.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Guidu — including registering an account, submitting a form, or browsing the Platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated herein by reference.
DDNE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
By using or accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- You are not subject to any legal disability or restriction that prevents you from entering into binding agreements.
- You are not acquiring access to the Platform for the purpose of reselling or commercially exploiting our services without prior written consent from DDNE.
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
Account Registration
Certain features of the Platform require you to register an account or submit personal information. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in registration and application forms
- Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and complete at all times
- Record and safeguard your Application ID, Transaction ID, and any other identification numbers issued during registration or payment
- Ensure that a parent or guardian is aware of and has consented to your application to educational institutions via Guidu, if you are a minor
DDNE reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Platform if any information you provide is found to be untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not. You must notify DDNE immediately at info@guidu.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Data & Communication Consent
By registering on or using the Platform, you consent to the following:
- Your contact details may be made available to our partner institutions and affiliated organisations for the purpose of admissions, counselling, and recruitment outreach
- You may be contacted by Guidu or its partners via email, phone call, or SMS for additional information, registration assistance, and promotional offers
- You may receive promotional materials or special offers from Guidu or its partner platforms and applications
- Guidu may use your mobile number and anonymised demographic data (including age, gender, and location) for the purpose of targeted social media and digital advertising campaigns
If you do not wish to receive communications or be contacted for marketing purposes, you may opt out by writing to us at info@guidu.in. Note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect service-related communications.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the site layout, software, design, graphics, photographs, text, audio, video, icons, and other materials (collectively, "Content") — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws, and is the exclusive property of DDNE or its licensors.
You are expressly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publishing, transmitting, or creating derivative works from any Content
- Selling, licensing, or commercially exploiting any portion of the Content without DDNE's prior express written consent
- Duplicating or retransmitting any logos, images, sounds, or other materials from the Platform without authorisation
You are permitted to print or download Content from the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
Application Forms & Materials
The application forms and all associated materials (including data, graphics, images, audio, video, logos, icons, and links) available through the Platform are intended solely to facilitate your application to educational institutions listed on Guidu.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- It is your sole responsibility to visit each institution's official website and review all admission-related materials and requirements
- Compliance with any institutional guidelines or procedures is entirely your own responsibility
- You must ensure that all information submitted in application forms is accurate, complete, and truthful
- DDNE is not liable for application rejections resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by you
- Guidu has no control over any institution's decision to admit or reject a student. Guidu is a technology intermediary and does not guarantee admission, scholarships, or selection in competitive examinations
Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to websites owned or operated by third parties. These links are provided solely for your convenience. DDNE does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website.
We recommend that you review the privacy policy and terms of use of any third-party website before submitting personal information. This Privacy Policy applies only to data collected by the Guidu Platform.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
DDNE specifically disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free
- Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content or information on the Platform
- Any expert or personal opinions expressed by users or third parties on the Platform
Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DDNE shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever — including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — arising out of or related to:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform
- Any content, information, or materials obtained through the Platform
- Any linked third-party website or external content
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (tort, contract, or otherwise) and even if DDNE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User Representations
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal or other disability that would limit your ability to comply with these Terms. You further acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
- DDNE may access, preserve, and disclose your personal information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority; to investigate violations of these Terms; to protect the safety and rights of DDNE, its personnel, or the public; or for other legitimate legal and operational purposes
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity
- Transmits unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam
- Uploads or distributes content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights
- Uploads or distributes harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content
- Uploads or distributes software viruses or any code designed to interfere with the functioning of the Platform or any connected systems
- Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data connected to the Platform
- Interferes with or disrupts the use or enjoyment of the Platform by other users
- Uses any automated tool, bot, or scraper to extract data from the Platform without DDNE's prior written consent
- Imposes an unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure
- Reproduces, sells, or commercially exploits any part of the Platform or its services without authorisation
No Resale of Services
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform, its services, or access thereto for any commercial purpose without DDNE's prior express written consent.
Indemnity
By accepting these Terms, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DDNE and its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or access to the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
- Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your communications through the Platform
Amendments

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
