Our Community
Guidu is built around a simple belief: every student in India deserves fair access to quality education, scholarships, and opportunities — regardless of their background, location, or financial means. Our platform brings together students, educational institutions, examination bodies, and scholarship providers in a shared space.
To keep this space safe, fair, and genuinely useful for everyone, we ask all members of the Guidu community to follow these guidelines. These principles apply to all interactions on the Platform — profiles, reviews, messages, forum posts, question submissions, and any other form of engagement.
Who These Apply To
These Community Guidelines apply to:
- Students and learners who use Guidu to discover opportunities, apply to institutions, and prepare for exams
- Educational institutions (colleges, schools, coaching centres) listed on the Platform
- Scholarship and examination bodies that publish opportunities through Guidu
- Content contributors who submit questions, guides, blog posts, or other materials
- Any person or entity who accesses or uses any feature of the Guidu Platform
Expected Behaviour
We expect everyone in the Guidu community to:
- Be honest: Provide accurate, truthful information in your profile, applications, reviews, and all submissions. Do not misrepresent your qualifications, achievements, or identity.
- Be respectful: Treat all other users, institutions, and staff with courtesy and respect, regardless of differences in background, opinion, religion, caste, gender, or socioeconomic status.
- Be constructive: When offering feedback, reviews, or opinions — especially about institutions or courses — make it honest, specific, and helpful. Personal attacks or gratuitous negativity are not welcome.
- Protect privacy: Do not share another person's personal information without their consent. Respect the confidentiality of information shared on the Platform.
- Report issues: If you see content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, report it to us promptly rather than retaliating or escalating the situation yourself.

- Accurate: Based on genuine experience or verified facts. Do not fabricate reviews, test results, or institution details.
- Original: Do not copy content from other sources without attribution or permission. Do not submit AI-generated content as your own original work unless clearly labelled.
