Content Submission Policy

Overview

Guidu enables a rich ecosystem of user-generated and institution-provided content, including scholarship exam questions, institution reviews, career guides, blog articles, and educational resources. This Content Submission Policy establishes the rules and standards that govern all content submitted to the Platform.

By submitting any content to Guidu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines.

Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all forms of content submitted to Guidu, including but not limited to:

• Practice questions and answer sets contributed to the Guidu Question Bank
• Institution profile information, photographs, and descriptions submitted by institution accounts
• Student or user reviews and ratings of institutions, courses, or examinations
• Blog articles, career guides, and educational resources submitted for publication
• Application materials, personal statements, and supporting documents submitted through Guidu
• Comments, responses, or discussions on the Platform

Who Can Submit

Content may be submitted to Guidu by:

• Registered users (students and learners) for reviews, practice questions, comments, and personal academic content
• Registered institutions for profile information, course details, scholarship listings, and promotional content relating to their institution
• Invited contributors who have been authorised by DDNE to submit editorial content such as blog articles, career guides, or question sets

Unregistered visitors may not submit content to the Platform. Submissions from unverified or suspended accounts will not be accepted.

Content Standards

All content submitted to Guidu must meet the following standards:

• Accurate and factual: Content must be based on genuine experience, verifiable facts, or expert knowledge. Do not submit fabricated, speculative, or misleading content.
• Original: Content must be your own original work or properly licensed material. Do not plagiarise content from textbooks, websites, or other sources. Do not submit content generated entirely by artificial intelligence without disclosure and review.
• Educational and relevant: Content must be relevant to education, scholarships, examinations, careers, or institutions. Off-topic, promotional, or commercial content is not permitted unless specifically authorised by DDNE.
• Appropriate: Content must be free from hate speech, discrimination, obscenity, violence, sexual material, or content that could harm or offend others.
• Legally compliant: Content must not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or other legal right of any third party. Do not submit content from copyrighted exam papers, publications, or proprietary sources without authorisation.
• Non-commercial: Unless you are an authorised institution or partner, content must not contain advertisements, solicitations, affiliate links, or promotional material for external products or services.

Ownership & Licensing

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Guidu. However, by submitting content, you grant DDN Enterprises a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Guidu Platform and its associated services.

This licence allows DDNE to:

• Display your submitted content (e.g., questions, reviews, articles) to other users of the Platform
• Feature your content in promotional materials, partner integrations, or educational resources
• Edit or adapt your content for formatting, clarity, or compliance purposes

For question bank submissions specifically: by submitting a question to the Guidu Question Bank, you agree that it may be used, adapted, and distributed within the Platform for educational and assessment purposes, including in scholarship examinations conducted through Guidu.

Question Bank Submissions

The Guidu Question Bank is a collaborative educational resource. Contributors to the Question Bank must adhere to the following additional requirements:

• Questions must be original compositions or lawfully sourced from open-licence educational materials; do not reproduce questions from copyrighted exam papers without authorisation
• Each question must include a correct answer and, where applicable, a clear explanation
• Questions must be factually accurate, clearly written, and free from ambiguity
• Questions must specify the subject, topic, difficulty level, and any applicable examination or syllabus
• Multiple choice questions must have one clearly correct answer and plausible distractors
• Do not submit questions that reveal confidential examination content or breach the intellectual property of any examination authority

All question bank submissions are reviewed by DDNE moderators before publication. DDNE reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any question that does not meet the above standards.

Institution Content

Registered institutions submitting content to their Guidu profiles are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information provided, including:

• Institution name, address, and contact details
• Accreditation status, rankings, and affiliations
• Course and programme details, including fees, duration, and eligibility
• Photographs, videos, and promotional images
• Scholarship and examination listings

Institutions must not publish misleading claims, exaggerated rankings, or unverified accreditation badges. DDNE may request supporting documentation before publishing certain institution claims and reserves the right to modify or remove content that is found to be inaccurate.

Moderation & Removal

DDNE moderates content submitted to the Platform and reserves the right to:

• Review any submission before it is published, particularly question bank submissions and editorial content
• Edit content for formatting, spelling, or minor factual corrections without changing the substantive meaning
• Reject or remove content that violates this Policy, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law
• Remove content that is the subject of a credible intellectual property complaint
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit policy-violating content

Moderation decisions are made at DDNE's sole discretion. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal by writing to info@guidu.in with the subject "Content Moderation Appeal."

Liability

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to Guidu. DDNE does not endorse, verify, or assume liability for user-generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DDNE disclaims all liability for any harm arising from your reliance on content submitted by other users or institutions.
