Customer Support Associate

Be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle calls, WhatsApp and email queries about orders, deliveries and after-sales service, and keep every customer updated until their issue is closed.

• Answer customer calls and chats and resolve queries on the first contact where possible

• Log every query and its outcome in our support sheet

• Coordinate with the delivery and service teams on open cases

• Share feedback from customers with the product team

• Fluent in Odia and Hindi, working English

• Patient, polite and comfortable speaking on the phone

• Shift work, 6 days a week with one rotating off
