Dr. Parthsarathi Dehury

About
Dr. Parthsarathi Dehury is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Health, AIPH University, Bhubaneswar, with a Ph.D. in Public Health from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. His doctoral research focused on “Occupational Health Hazards and Access to Healthcare among Steel and Power Industry Workers in Odisha.” He also holds an M.Phil. (Public Health) from TISS and a Master degree from the Central University of Rajasthan. Dr. Dehury’s research interests include occupational and environmental health, community medicine, migration and health, reproductive and maternal health, and health policy. He has published widely in reputed Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals such as Clinical Epidemiology and Global Health, Indian Journal of Public Health, and BMC Public Health. He has also contributed several book chapters with international publishers like Springer Nature and Bloomsbury and holds three Indian design patents related to health technologies. He has prior teaching and research experience at the University of Hyderabad and Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (Central University), Bilaspur. A UGC-NET qualified scholar and ICSSR travel grant recipient, Dr. Dehury is an active member of professional bodies including the Indian Association for the Study of Population and the Health Economics Association of India.
